For an occupied house, we offer Redesign Consultation.

This  Redesign Consultation can be an Initial Styling Consultation before we are engaged to a full styling service. Alternatively, it can be a one-time consultation if you intend to DIY.

We'll help you determine the service that will best prepare your home to reach the right buyer and get you the highest offer. 

During the in-home redesign consultation, Home Edition designer will provide you with a clear step to step property styling instruction. 

• Our designer will walk you through your house inside and outside to discuss the necessary job that needs to be done to get your property ready for the market.
• We will give a detailed assessment and improvement instruction of the property. 
• We will talk about the decluttering, depersonalizing, curb appeal, refresh area, and furniture rearrangement.
• We will make suggestions for the focal point room by room.  
• We will give a quick demonstration of how to make the beautiful presentation of your place by re-arranging the furniture and accessories at one of your room in your house.
• A proposal based upon the discussion will be sent to you for your consideration.

This walk & talk consultation is perfect for the DIY client; Home Staging Consultation fee is $200 without follow up (for up to two hours). Alternatively, Redesign Consultation fee is $300 with the "staging report" and "checklist" to follow up, plus a final inspection after you have done you DIY.
